Seat Ibiza Fr 150hp Stage 1st - Tuning by mail request

I am james_Fr for the chiptuning forum, do you remember me?
I have on my Ibiza Fr a forge IC, 2.5inc exhaust and the forge intake.
I know that this engine can gain more than 240bhp with that KKK03 turbo but the company that chipped my ECU told me that my car cannot get more than 200 - 205bhp.

I am watching you on the forum and you say that you can tune this engine and hit more than 240hp with high octane fuel.

Here in England the best fuel is 98octane but the low temps accept high advance tuning.

Do you think that you can tune my ECU by mail, with 98octane fuel only. What else I need to have to get more than 240bhp?

I forgot. I have vag-com 311. So, I can send you logs to help you tune my engine better.
Also I am electronic engineer and I can set a socket on my ECU to avoid solder/desolder many times

of course I remember you. Yes I can tune your engine and you can have more than 240hp but you will some things more.
Using vag com I can tune you you engine with a totally custom way and yes it will help us a lot.

Also you need a 4bar FPR, search for a M&D
Do you have catalyst?

Finaly you must tight the westgate of the Turbo a lot. I will calibrate you the pressure

What pressure are you running now, also make a log on channel 101 and tell me how many your MAF sensor counts in g/sec...

what problems with 4bar pressure fuel?
If I tight the the westgate actuator I will have very high overboost, am I right?

MAF counts 159 but on high rpm. As I saw it increases from low to high RPM, is it good?

Which type of chip does my ECU has?

no problems at all. I will calibrated you and you will have very low fuel trims...
Also I will calibrate you the N75 valve and I will control the overboost

Yes MAF counts right.... After remap we will hit over 190g/sec

Your ECU has a PSOP smd 44pin dil chip 29F800BB, it is easy to find it cause there is only one....
buy a socket, read it with your programmer and send it to me by mail...

The ECU numbers are inside the bin that you will mail me

I have received the socket and I have installed it.
I sent you the ori with mail. I bought an adapter for that chip cause I haven't.

Now I am running at 1.2 overboost and 0.9 constant, as I remember.

Also I get an original bosch 4bar regulator.
My mechanic will tight the westgate 50% for start. Is that ok?

I will try to find the intake cam from the NA engine as you suggest me.

With the forge westgate it is possible to have more constant pressure from 4500 - 6500RPM also it is
possible to have 1bar - 1.05 at 7000RPM.

The overboost will stop at 1.5 - 1.55.
1.4 is the perfect boost for a drag setup with Fr's K03 Turbo, but it costs torque.

Add the WG and mail me to finish it.

Also adding the Intake cam for the NA engine will let us play with more aggressive advance timing at higher RPM.

I bought the S3 MAF
I am looking for the S3 inj, but it is too dificult to find them. I have found some Bosch 440cc, are they OK?

I need to find the inj and the cam and I will be ready for the last stage of tuning.

Add the S3 MAF.
Yes 440cc are ok. Add them with the old 3bar FPR.
Aslo you can add the WG

We 'll tune the software with these and when you will find cam we finish it.
